Why only Franklin Homes.

We could carry four builders and quote whichever one came in cheapest that month. Plenty of lots do. We’d rather know one product completely — every plan, every option, what changes cost and what they don’t.

Franklin Homes earned it on the spec sheet: 2×6 walls where much of the industry still runs 2×4, solid wood cabinetry, factory pre-alignment, and a ten-year structural warranty on every home. Their standard list reads like other companies’ upgrade list.

What we actually do.

We help you land on the right plan, work out whether you need modular or manufactured, price the options honestly, and stay reachable after you’ve signed. That’s the job.
