Homes are available in modular (state and local building code) and manufactured (federal HUD code) construction, depending on the plan and your location. Which is appropriate for you depends on your land, your local authority and your lender. Nothing on this site is legal, zoning, lending or engineering advice, and we do not guarantee that any home may be placed on any particular parcel.
Homes are manufactured by Franklin Homes, Russellville, Alabama. Manufacturer warranties, including any structural warranty, are given by the manufacturer on the manufacturer’s own terms and are subject to their conditions, exclusions and registration requirements. We are a seller, not the manufacturer.
When you send us an enquiry you confirm the information is accurate and that you may be contacted at the phone number and email address you give us. Don’t submit anything unlawful or anyone else’s personal information without their permission.
The text, layout and design of this site belong to us. Photographs, floor plans and published specifications belong to Franklin Homes and are used in our capacity as a seller of their homes. Don’t copy or republish any of it without permission.
We link to sites we don’t control, including 3D tours and the manufacturer’s own site. We’re not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
